Returns

We don’t offer returns for change of mind beyond your legal rights, so please check your order carefully before buying.

Your legal right to cancel: under UK law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@moonomi.com within that time, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by you. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and we may reduce your refund if an item has been used or handled more than needed to inspect it. Opened mystery packs count as used.

Damaged or faulty items: if something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you, including postage.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
